You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an organization account, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following:
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service. You may use the Service without opting in to SMS by using email-based authentication instead.
We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number will only be used to deliver the messages described above.
Supported carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major U.S. carriers. Carrier availability may vary.
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, documents, project data, and business information ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service, including its design, code, features, logos, and documentation, is owned by ContractorJobsTick and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractorJobsTick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 90-day grace period.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.
